For the past few months I've been having hideous breakouts on my chin, and every morning I was waking up feeling the cystic "bumps" that were threatening to emerge...not to mention the lovely red marks that were there from previous eruptions. The rest of my face wasn't doing so hot either, but the chin was atrocious. I still am not sure what happened, but I believe it's just the **lovely** Arizona summer heat combined with some recent stress (which is thankfully going away) that made me break out so badly. It's like, WTF? If I'm going to break out like I'm sixteen, can I please have no wrinkles like a sixteen year old?? Still trying to figure out who I file a complaint with about that...lol... 

Anyway, I got my order day before yesterday and that night I put the pearl pate spot treatment on my chin and regular basic paste everywhere else. And - I cannot believe this - I woke up the next morning with NO BUMPS on my chin, and I swear the red marks were already lessened! And my face wasn't oily like it usually is...just soft, smooth skin. Believe me, I have tried EVERYTHING lately - clay masks, my homemade aspirin mask, Dermalogica and Murad "acne treatment" gels - and nothing has budged these bumps except Mary's product. 

I also got the BHA Souffle (5%), cleansing balm, and her primer...they are awesome, too! What's also so cool about Silken Pearl products is that you literally use miniscule amounts, so what you get will last a long time. I mean, at first I thought I was using a teeny amount of the pearl paste...but when I ended up with a white residue all over my face (a sign you've used too much), I put even less on the next time and it was perfect. This tiny jar is going to last months!! 

My only regret is that I didn't try the Silken Pearl paste as soon as my face started freaking out on me. Mary, you rule!!

I just have to tell you that your basic pearl cream is THE BEST...I've tried pearl creams from other home-based companies and yours are by FAR superior. You can count on me ordering Silken Pearl from now on!!! 

Ahh! I'm in love with the basic formula!!! I LOVE THE PRIMERS!!! The powder is so fine and sooo much better than, well...OODLES than from another DIY source.   It doesn't leave a white cast and is sooo silky. The Vanilla/Jasmine scent is to die for!!! 

I just had to tell you that you'll be my powder and pearl cream queen from now on!!! Thank you for such amazing products!!!

Hi Mary:

I was blown away this morning when I opened my order. The products were spectacular on their own, but the packaging was fantastic. It was as if they came from one of the one of the most exclusive and elegant spas. 

I immediately removed the makeup I had just applied and started to play with all my new toys. I love it all and I think I will need another order of the hydrating mist very soon because I can't stop spraying my face.

Hi Mary,

I've been using your products for 10 days now, so I thought I'd send you an 
update and some comments:

I use all three products twice a day - morning and night.

Silken Pearl Paste:
- nicely whipped and creamy (almost bubbly)
- easy to spread in a thin layer (it feels almost watery during the application)
- sinks in within seconds
- if applied in a thin layer leaves no residue
- leaves my skin feeling dry, so I do need a bit of moisturizer on top (I use 1 drop of Emu oil that I rub into my palms and than press onto my face)

Silken Pearl Primer:
- very fine, whitish powder
- goes on in a thin layer, spreads well
- leaves skin a bit lighter than natural colour

Silken Pearl Mist:
- liquid that requires a good shake before dispensing to ensure the ingredients are well mixed
- dries quickly without any residue
- leaves skin feeling fresh

Results so far: 
- after weeks of major breakouts (mostly cystic and inflammatory acne), I have not had a single cystic acne since I started using Silken Pearl line
- when I do get an occasional pimple (which I still do), they seem to be smaller and heal much faster than before
- redness following a pimple seems to go away much faster
- overall - it seems that this line really helps with acne (significantly reducing the number and severity of breakouts) and it really aids with healing. 

So far, I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use your products to see what further improvements I can achieve. I am still using my BQ daily (although with a slightly revised regimen) and CPs every couple of days. 

I'll keep you posted on my progress.
